Join Emily at 9am on Thursday, November 23rd for a pre-Thanksgiving meal workout! We promise it will make you feel less guilty for the food coma to follow.

Come back Friday for class with Britt at 10am and burn off that bird (and pie and stuffing and mashed potatoes).

During the month of October, we will be holding our annual 21 in 31 challenge! Take 21 classes in 31 days and receive numerous benefits, including increased strength, mental clarity, feelings of accomplishment and last but not least,20% off a class package of choice!
